Returns & Refunds:

• Damaged or defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at 076-072-8352 or support@joocym.com immediately. We will offer a replacement as the first option. If a replacement is not suitable, we will issue a full refund.

• Gifts: If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we will offer you a store credit or gift card for the amount of the order.
